Many of our volunteers have skills and experiences that are often not paid or formalized but are still immensely valuable to our work. We invite you to share any skills/experiences that feel relevant to you. Ex: interpersonal relationship skills, language fluency, arts-based practice, experience facilitating an accountability process, etc.

What are you interested in building skills or knowledge in?

This can include both skills/experiences and topics you’re curious about! Ex: Building resource guides, coordinating a coalition, abolition, transformative justice, etc.

Ex: first gen immigrant, trans masc, neurodivergent, Thai, queer

Do you have any access needs?

Much of our volunteer onboarding and work takes place virtually. We invite potential volunteers to share any access needs, particularly those that may arise in a virtual format. Ex: closed captioning, a short bio break in a virtual meeting every x minutes, preference for phone call over video call, etc.
